The Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod allows the users to move away as far as 30 feet from their iPod with wireless adapter plugged in. This wireless adapter can connects directly to any 3rd generation, 4th generation, U2 Special Edition, photo and mini iPod that includes a dock connector, and broadcast to its Bluetooth 1.2-enabled headphones.

The users can easily operate the iPod through the controls that integrated to the headset. It is powered by rechargeable battery, which plays up to 8 hours per charge.

The suggested retail price for the Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod is US$149.99.

Ericsson, Napster to Offer Mobile Music Download Service

With the partnership, Napster will provide its music store but Ericsson brings a critical software application along with relationships with wireless phone operators in 130 countries. This services will be available on all music-enable wireless phones, not just Sony Ericsson.

The service will allow users to download and access music files via wireless technology such as mobile phones and via personal computers. It will also offer ring tones, master tones, images, wallpaper and video content.

The service will be introduced in Europe over the next 12 months and will be offered to operators in select markets in Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America, Ericsson said.

Queen Elizabeth II Gets an iPod

Initiated into the hi-tech world by her second son Prince Andrew, the 79-year-old monarch now possesses the world’s hottest gadget, a media report said today.

“The Queen loves music and was impressed by how small and handy the iPod is,” a royal insider was quoted as saying by the daily ‘Sun’.

Her son or one of the courtiers may help her dowload the songs which involves a complicated process, it said.
