H10 5GB/6GB Firmware V2.51

iRiver has just announced the release of H10 5GB/6GB firmware v2.51 (UMS version only). The new firmware is added with few features:
- Interval Repeat (A-B)
- Study Mode (SETTINGS -> Extras -> Study Mode)
- File sorting by alphabetic
- Remembering previously selected menu.
The new firmware has made some improvements in user interface and operating time. It also fixed few bugs that reported before.

I have the iRiver H10, and I do have the Study Mode function however I do not know what it means :/ Could you please define what it is used for?

The “study mode” is a great feature that allows you to rewind in specific increments (e.g., 3 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, etc) with a single click. This is useful for studying and INDISPENSABLE for language learning. I have found no company other than iRiver that offers this feature in their software.
