Philips GoGear HDD1620 6GB Reviewed

Russian Mobile Review had conducted a detailed review on Philips GoGear HDD1620 6GB Micro Jukebox last month. Basically the HDD1630 is the twin brother of HDD1630, which previously reviewed by CNET. The only different is that HDD1620 doesn’t come with FM tuner and only found in Europe. Just like the HDD1630, HDD1620 has a solid built body with the Sensory Touchpad SuperScroll and comes with a decent earbud, SHE9500. You won’t be disappointed with its sound, especially when SRS WOW is turn on!

I found the SRS setting sounded lousy in fact I didn’t like any of the presets so I usually leave it all default.

    They are excellent players

Mine failed. I may have had a few drops of rain get into it… lol It tells me to connect it to the PC but the it causes Plug And Play framework in Windows to freeze because it is waiting for the device to respond and complete the handshake. All I can say is that it does not like water to say the least! -AF3
