My step child has one . Its works fine for her she doesn't know how to tranfer music on the device so I allways lend her a hand . I open up my i tunes player and pick the songs she likes and right click then send to her ilo mp3 player very easy . I will stick to my i pod best 300 dollars i have ever spent . three years and still works good . Thanks And Ya'll have A nice Day ! Get ready for missing files, freezing, lousy sound and sooooo much more. Oh, and when the warranty is up....so is the product. 2 days after warranty...this thing died.
