Is iRiver gonna bring more new stuffs for us? Someone from CDPKorea has found two new iRiver’s products from Korean Radio Research Laboratory (RRL) approval list. RRL is a government agency that similar to US FCC.
Two models discovered are iRiver E10 and N12. E10 will feature a 6GB hard drive and probably to replace H10 series. On the other hand, N12 is an upgrade version of N11 that also available in 256MB, 512MB and 1GB of capacities. However, no more further information about these two models.

Chinese iMP3 reported that Reigncom plans to release the cool iRiver G10 in Korea sometime August 2006. The new iRiver G10 will feature a 4″ 260K colors WVGA display, WiBro connectivity and work on Windows CE 5.0 OS.

Meanwhile, the company has confirmed two online game titles for G10 game console. They are Kartrider and Country of the Wind from Nexonmobile. Kartrider is a 3D kart-racing game that based on the characters of Nexon’s famous BnB. The game will run on KT WiBro network. On the other hand, Country of the Wind does not compatible with WiBro network. It runs on both wired and wireless network.

Engadget has posted a video demonstration of an iRiver U10 during the CES 2006. Besides, the people from Engadget also highlighted that iRiver will have a big surprise for us. Probably something with 1.8″ hard-drive based device, a larger screen, and PlaysForSure support.

It seems that future products from iRiver will be based on the innovative thumbthing. I have heard a rumor (babelfished) that said iRiver T20 and T30 will be discontinued soon.

The iRiver U10 Bae Yong Joon Special Edition is not just limited in Japan. It is now available in Hong Kong too, with a very expensive price tag! The suggested retail price for this thumbthing is HKD2,498 (approx US$322) (including the cute cradle)
