Some quick updates of iRiver U10 and N11 here. U10 was not released on 22nd August as we expected. iRiver’s manufacturer, Reigncom has announced that it plans to release two flash memory types, U10 and N11 in September. It is most probably 2nd September 2005.
As we reported,
N11 is the enhanced version of N10 with built-in FM tuner, Ogg Vorbis (up to Q10) supported, lower power consumption, and USB 2.0 interface supported. Well, it can also be called the
deluxe version of N10. It has a stylish
Swarovski crystal in the center of the product with a thinner necklace string. It is featured with a 16 OLED display.
However, the price is somewhat pricey. The recommended prices are 198,000 Won (approx US$193), 240,900 Won (approx US$234) and 297,000 Won (approx US$288) for 256MB, 512MB and 1GB respectively.
