Yoto MVP-800

iMP3 recently received the new Yoto MVP-800 to be reviewed. Though it looks dummy, it still comes with a 2.8″ QVGA display, replaceable Li-on battery (which compatible with Samsung mobile phones), and support external TF memory extension.

Yoto MVP-800 is powered by Rockchip RK2608A solution with WOLFSON WM8750 for audio processing. More importantly, it is cheap as other Yoto’s MP3 players! The price of Yoto MVP-800 2GB is available at only RMB399 ($53).

Hacha PA20 Unveiled

May 22nd, 2007 by Chi An

We did report that Hacha PA20 will be soon released, with a large 3.2″ touch screen. It is really big move that bring touch screen into DAP. Though the launching date is yet unknown, our friends at iMP3 manage to get some snapshots on the real piece. Looks cool huh? I wish I can get one for myself soon ;-)

Hacha PA20 with Touch Screen

Hacha PA20

While 2.4″ color display seems to be standard size for most DAP, a large screen doesn’t seem attractive for most people. How about a large touch screen for your DAP? Lucky Chinese will able to get one soon. China-based is going to released a new DAP, PA20 with 3.2″ touch screen!

Well, no official word on when will it be released, but very soon.

RAmos Q13 Reviewed

RAmos Q13

Some said the RAmos Q13 is just an iPod nano clone. But wait, let see other people’s view before you make any conclusion ;-)

This player may not be as user friendly as the iPod Nano, but (and that’s a BIG but), it is definitely one of the top players in this price range. In addition to the low price, this player has decent video playback capabilities, something the Nano lacks. And although you probably won’t be marathon-watching Days of Our Lives on the little screen, catching up on your favorite sitcom once in a while would probably work just fine.

Insignia 4GB Video MP3 Player Reviewed

Insignia 4GB Video MP3 Player

I’d got the Insignia MP3 player unpacked and now here are some of my thoughts. The model I received is Insignia 4GB Video MP3 Player NS-DVB4G. Frankly, I didn’t heard about Insignia before. It is BestBuy’s own brand of MP3 player. It works with BestBuy DigitalMusicStore (actually the Rhapsody).

At first look, it doesn’t look sexy; no fancy design, no slim body. But it does playback video, FM radio, recording, and Bluetooth-enabled that an iPod Nano can’t do. What’s more it is $40 cheaper than an iPod Nano 4GB. You can get all these at just $160 at BestBuy.
