My Fuze is PERFECT, I got it at www.shopsansa.com and I ordered the microSD to expand my space to 10g. I don't think I will be running out of room anytime soon

Alex, just take the player apart with a screw driver and see what is wrong inside, if the button is just pressed in, just push it out from the inside.

This thing is a hassle for the word go. Get ready for missing files, freezing, lousy sound and sooooo much more. Oh, and when the warranty is up....so is the product. 2 days after warranty...this thing died. Oh and as for their Customer Service...good luck getting a hold of anyone.

My sister has the GoGear but not this version. I have found it so cheaply made! I should have got her to get one from ebay as they are exactly the same.

Maybe this new thing will change my mind... If I ever see one.

Siren 4 GB Mp3 Player

.....One other thing I should mention. The Siren rep I spoke to told me to disconnect the player from the USB cable and remove the battery from the player for 40 minutes. Then, after the player has been idle for those 40 minutes and with the battery still removed from the player, run the flash exe. Then reinsert the battery.
