How do you get the videos to work. I have dragged videos overs from Win/Media, i got to video section on the mp3 but no videos…what do i do?

Alex, just take the player apart with a screw driver and see what is wrong inside, if the button is just pressed in, just push it out from the inside.

I havent had the ilo mp3 player for over two months when the button got pressed in and it will not turn on. Do you think that they could fix it and where do I send it to.

This thing is a hassle for the word go. Get ready for missing files, freezing, lousy sound and sooooo much more. Oh, and when the warranty is up….so is the product. 2 days after warranty…this thing died. Oh and as for their Customer Service…good luck getting a hold of anyone.

My sister has the GoGear but not this version. I have found it so cheaply made! I should have got her to get one from ebay as they are exactly the same.

Maybe this new thing will change my mind… If I ever see one.

Agree with Washout. What a complete pile of stinking crap. Sent it away for warranty fix and came back just as fkd up as before. DOnt buy one.

after the 40 minutes is up…. reconnect the usb cable and leave the battery out, then run the firmware. Then install the battery. Sorry for posting these instructions 3 times ! aaarrrrggghh !

…..One other thing I should mention.The Siren rep I spoke to told me to disconnect the player from the USB cable and remove the battery from the player for 40 minutes. Then, after the player has been idle for those 40 minutes and with the battery still removed from the player, run the flash exe. Then reinsert the battery.
