Do you still remember LG’s Shuffle-lookalike UP3? Well, the Korean giant has just another added two members into this series, which are UP3 Flat and UP3 Sharp accordingly.
LG UP3 Flat is a screen-less MP3 player but just LED indicators. It does playback MP3, WMA (DRM supported), OGG, and ASF audio. Its built-in battery allows up to 10 hours of playback continously. The dimension of UP3 Flat is 78 x 24 x 9.5mm.

iMP3 just received a sample unit of LG JM53 to be reviewed. LG JM53 first introduced at CES 2006 last January. It features a 8GB microdrive, 1.8″ OLED display, MP3/WMA/OGG and MPEG-4 playback.

LG had shown off its latest FM30 at CES 2006 two weeks ago. It is expected to be available in China very soon. Besides the typical MP3, WMA and OGG playback, LG FM30 also supports MPEG-4 playback that plays in a 1.77″ 260K colors OLED screen. It is built in with a 810mA lithium battery that enable it to play up to 60 hours continuosly.
It seems that LG tends to make its MP3 player to have more AI. FM30 capables to performs an automatic firmware upgrade itself. Once the player is plugged into PC, it will search for new firmware through internet. Besides, it can also adjust EQ automatically (same as LG FM20
).
Nevertheless, there is no exact release date and pricing announced yet!
Feel tired, sleepy? You probably need the new LG FM20. It capable to produce sounds of brain shower, which can wake up your brain. The sound is claimed to relieve your stresses. Another interesting feature of this stylish MP3 player is that it can tune EQ automatically. Once the feature is on, LG FM20 will adjust the EQ according to the ID3 tag of the particular MP3 music.
