It seems that iRiver doesn’t plan to announce new product at this year at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. The company only presents its cute thumthing and T-series MP3 players in the booth. No E10, M20 and N12 as we wish.
However, Engadget has managed to get a hands on with a mock up of iRiver V10. The new media player will feature T-DMB receiver, 3-inch 480 x 272 display, USB 2.0, , integrated stereo speakers and support for MP3, WMA, OGG, H.264, WMV9, and DivX. It is probably to have a maximum capacity of 8GB flash memory.

We had heard about the upcoming Sony PSP’s rival - iRiver G10 just before the CES 2006. However, the picture leaked several days ago was not the iRiver G10. It is iRiver V10, the upgrade version of iRiver G10.
Basically, iRiver G10 is a portable multimedia player that supports audio/video playback, image browsing, and voice recording. Futhermore, with WiBro capability, iRiver G10 may also browse web, read email and play streaming medias. Another exciting feature is that iRiver G10 comes with independent GPU, which makes it comparable to Sony PSP! iRiver V10 is actually the upgrade version of of iRiver G10. It may feature 8 - 16GB of NAND flash memory or a 30GB of 1″ / 1.8″ HDD. The company hopes to improve its resolution of 640 x 480 @ 30fps.
