We had heard iRiver N12 for quite some time through an approval list of Korean Radio Research Labotary. Now, it is officially released and will be shipped from 12th April 2006 (in Korea, of course). Basically, it is the combination of its predecessors, N10 and N11. Its features exactly same as N11 but the case design follows N10 with a removable cap. According to the company, the changes made are based on feedback from N10/11 users.
The new N12 only available in 1GB with black and red color. Suggested retail price for N12 is 198K Won (approx US$208).

We knew that iRiver E10 was approved by Korean Radio Research Labotary. But iRiver seems that doesn’t plan to release it soon. The company didn’t show it at CeBIT 2006.
However, the Digital Expert reporter managed to snapshot some photos during the interview session with iRiver authorized agent in China. The photos show an unannounced products of iRiver and probably an iRiver E10! There are 2 color available for this product, which are black and white.

If you still unclear with new iRiver products, here is an interesting video for you. It is an interview session with iRiver spokesperson during the CeBIT 2006 to talk about their new G10, G20, V20 and W10. However, iRiver only show us some mock-ups for their new products. The company probably will bring the working models during the next WiMAX Forum in the States.

Is iRiver moving toward Wintel’s UMPC solution? The company has present its new iRiver W10 that powered by Microsoft’s Windows XP at CeBIT 2006. I don’t know how to categorize it, probably a handheld PC or sub-notebook.
The model shown on the exhibition is still a mock-up unit. The company only disclose some brief specification about it. It is expected to be released in this September or November. Don’t be shock, if you see its price tag at 1000€ when it is released.
